Training
Most OMi systems include two key on-site training sessions to help teams build confidence and embed interactive activity into day-to-day routines.
- Initial Handover Training introducing your team to the system, basic controls, and popular activities.
- Follow up refresher training with deeper guidance once staff are familiar with the system.
If your team would benefit from refresher or additional training support, submit a support request and choose Training Request.
Warranty & Support
Every OMi gesture-controlled system includes a 12 month on-site warranty, with options to extend cover up to 36 months.
- Support channels: telephone, online, and on-site support from trained OMi engineers and education specialists (applies in England and Wales).
- Response target: on-site support within 5 working days after fault notification and diagnosis.
- Service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Extended cover: includes parts, on-site support, Annual Service checks, maintenance tasks, and software updates.
